We've driven from Texas, to Louisiana, to Mississippi, to Alabama. It's been incredible. New things to eat have been everywhere, alligator, crawfish, baby seal... well not baby seal but baby alligator. No, not baby alligator.
We love our adventure so far, and so far we haven't had any major issues, although there's still plenty of time for that. Thanks so much for following our journey! We'd love to hear from you, let us know what states you've visited, and send us any spots we have to get to.

This is something I get asked a lot. How do you cook in that tiny trailer? I sometimes feel like I'm cooking on a kids play kitchen. I went to Home Depot the other day and couldn't believe the size of the ovens!Read More
